- 2017-2018 Key wins in Champions League Qualifier against ACB League (SPA) team Joventut. EuroCup wins against Mornar Bar (MNE) FC Porto (POR) and Kapfenberg (AUT)
- 2016-2017 build a very competitive team for top organization Champions League. Played in a group with top teams from Israel, Russia, Turkey, Italy and France. Beat top teams with very high budgets. Home wins against LeMans, Avtodor and Away win against Pinar Karsiaka, Maccabi Rishon and LeMans.
Lead the team to a championship in Finnish Korisliiga.
- 2015-2016-present Huge success in both the Finnish Korisliiga and VTB League until February 1, 2016 when Bisons GM announced to team of financial difficulties. As a result the Bisons top 6 players left to other teams throughout Europe. At that time the Bisons were in second place in the Korisliiga and tied for the last playoff spot in the VTB League. Season highlights include defeating Euroleague top 4 team Lokomotiv (25.10.15) and scoring a season high 50 points in one half against European number one ranked team CSKA. (17.1.16)
- 2014-2015 Korisliiga Silver medal. Success in teams first season in VTB League despite having the lowest team budget in league and playing the most regular season games in Europe. (70)
- Signature VTB League win vs European powerhouse Lokomotiv (RUS) December, 2014. Also holding Euroleague finalists CSKA to a season low seven points in a quarter. (18.1.15)
- 2013-2014 Korisliiga Bronze medal. Second highest regular season win total in Korisliiga history. (37-7). Key EuroCup wins against Neptunas, (LIT) Spartak x2, (RUS) Panionios, (GRE) and Radnicki (SRB) even with lowest team budget in all of EuroCup.
- 2012-2013 Regular season and Korisliiga Champions. (44-12) Eurobasket.com Coach of the Year. First non Finn to receive Western Finland All Sports Coach of the Year.
- 2011-2012 Korisliiga Champions in teams first season ever of existence! (37-15) Finnish League Coach of the Year and Eurobasket.com Coach of the Year
